    All products go through a quality control check and are dispatched from our warehouse in Portugal for fast and reliable delivery.

  1. Exchange & Return Policy
  • Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return, in accordance with Article 10 of DL 24/2014, of February 14.
  • Products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Lingerie and bikinis cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • If the product is out of stock, we may issue a refund upon request.
  • Returns processing may take up to 7 business days after the product is received.
  • For defective or incorrectly shipped products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a replacement or refund.
  1. Right of Withdrawal
  • Under Article 10 of DL 24/2014, of February 14, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the products, without providing a justification.
