At Sunnybunny.pt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:


1. Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygiene strip is intact and the product has not been worn.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at geral@sunnybunny.pt within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you want an exchange or store credit.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

4. Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • This includes the cost of sending the item back to us and any shipping fees for exchanged items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

5. Refunds as Store Credit Only

  • All refunds will be issued as store credit that can only be used at Sunnybunny.pt for future purchases.
  • Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return requirements.
  • After inspection and approval, store credit will be added to your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when you contact us.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is not available, store credit will be issued.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at geral@sunnybunny.pt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit, including return shipping costs only in cases of our error.
