  1. Scope
    These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website, the purchase of products and the rights and responsibilities of both the seller (SunnyBunny) and the customer.
  2. Products and Prices
  • All product descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  1. Delivery Terms and Conditions
  • We ship to Portugal and certain international destinations.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are informed at the time of purchase completion.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are specified at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Delivery Delays: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs, weather conditions and carrier delays. SunnyBunny is not responsible for delays resulting from these factors.
  • International Orders: The customer is responsible for any taxes, customs fees or additional charges when importing products outside of Portugal.
  • Product Origin and Stock Information
    At SunnyBunny.com , all products are stored and shipped from Portugal .

    Our lingerie, sleepwear and beachwear collections are carefully selected and imported from international suppliers , mainly from Asia , ensuring high quality, fashionable and affordable products .

    All items undergo rigorous quality control and are dispatched from our warehouse in Portugal, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

  1. Exchange and Return Policy
  • Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return, as per art. 10 of DL 24/2014, of February 14.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
  • Lingerie and bikinis cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • If the product is out of stock, we can issue a refund upon request.
  • Returns may take up to 7 business days to process after we receive your product.
  • For defective or incorrectly shipped products, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
  1. Right of Free Resolution
  • According to art. 10 of DL 24/2014, of February 14, customers may exercise the right to freely terminate the contract within 14 days after receiving the products, without the need for justification.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned products.
